    Well-meaning people like to tell moms “You should take a rest!” Or the new catch-phrase, practice ”self-care.” The real problem, though, is not that we don’t rest once in a while. The problem is that we are trying to keep up with an impossible standard, and we haven’t even recognized it.     Look Up!

    Have you ever taken a walk, and realized that you never even saw the scenery? You went out to take in the outdoors, and all you saw was….your feet? I’ve done that more times than I can remember.
